23rd ___ Due date to send presbyters’ email addresses to General Assembly Office in order for the GAO to send out ballots.
February
1st ___ Deadline for Referred Overtures for 2026 General Assembly
11th ____ Reports, grant applications and recommendations requiring the Presbytery's approval need to be submitted by Wednesday, February 11.
18th ____ Presbytery Meeting Wednesday, February 18 Kirk on the Hill, Fonthill, 7
28th ___ Deadline for Nominations for General Assembly Standing Committees
Ballot for Moderator:
- electronic ballots sent to presbyters to vote during February 16-March 16
___ Submit presbytery 2025 statistical form
___ Submit commissioner names for General Assembly
___ Congregational statistical forms sent to congregations and will be on the website

16th ___ Ballot for Moderator: last day for electronic voting
31st ___ Deadline for YARs from designated presbyteries. YAR appointments will not be accepted after March 31.
